This first edition of the Mental Matters Segment is dedicated to shining a light on men’s mental health — a topic too often overlooked. I’ve created a safe, uplifting space for men to finally get their flowers, to be seen, and to be heard without judgment. Here, they’re celebrated not just for what they do, but for who they are, inside and out.
