Soulful Sundays is a heart-centered R&B yoga experience curated by The Brunch Book Klub, designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect. Join us for an afternoon of intentional movement, soothing sounds, and soulful energy as we flow together in community.
This special Galentine-themed session is led by @profoundmovement and set to smooth R&B vibes, creating a safe and nurturing space for rest, reflection, and self-love. In collaboration with @brownsugarncoffee, guests will enjoy curated coffee flights to ground and warm the soul .
